is a prominent personal injury law firm that handles a wide range of personal injury litigation in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with its headquarters in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia, PA. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Legal Assistant to join our team. This is a

full-time, hybrid position

supporting attorneys in a busy personal injury practice throughout the entire case process, from intake through resolution. We offer a friendly and collaborative work environment, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for our busy personal injury practice by responding to routine client inquiries, maintaining consistent communication with clients, and coordinating effectively with the personal injury team. Perform a variety of administrative and legal support functions, including drafting correspondence; creating, organizing, and maintaining electronic client files and pleadings; answering calls and responding to emails; scheduling appointments; and monitoring and managing attorney calendars. Assist attorneys with deposition scheduling, mediation and arbitration preparation, and trial preparation as needed, including organizing exhibits and maintaining trial binders. Work closely with attorneys and other team members to ensure cases are handled efficiently and deadlines are met; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and consistently meet deadlines.

Qualifications: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Legal Assistant with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience to join our legal team; Experience in filing (and e-filing) documents in Federal and State Courts in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania; Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; Detail-oriented with strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills as well as strong proofreading and attention to detail skills; Ability to anticipate the needs of clients, other team members and the ability to work proactively to achieve team goals; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and general office technology. Experience with Smart Advocate is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment: This position is based in our Rittenhouse Square office and offers a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. We are seeking a professional, dependable, and team-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative and friendly work environment.
