About A.R.T. Allowing Realities Through A.R.T. gives small businesses, startups, and nonprofits access to the kind of professional creative support usually found inside a private art department. We help clients present a stronger brand through graphic design, branding support, promotional materials, wholesale custom apparel, and visual creative services.

The opportunity We are looking for an independent sales contractor who can introduce A.R.T. to businesses and organizations that need stronger design, branding, print, apparel, and promotional support. This is a 1099 contractor role designed for someone who is comfortable prospecting, building relationships, identifying client needs, and closing project-based or ongoing creative service opportunities.

Ideal clients include local businesses, startups, nonprofits, event organizers, community groups, and growing brands that need reliable creative support without hiring a full in-house design team.

Compensation This is a commission-based 1099 opportunity with no monthly retainer or base salary. Salesfolks shows a representative 15% commission rate for the compensation calculator, but the actual commission is tiered by order value:

$500-$999: 8% $1,000-$2,499: 10% $2,500-$4,999: 12% $5,000-$9,999: 15% $10,000-$19,999: 17.5% $20,000+: 20%

The larger the opportunity you bring in, the higher your commission percentage becomes, up to a maximum of 20%. The posted OTE is based on a $500,000 annual sales goal and a representative 15% commission rate.
