We are seeking a Custom Closet, Kitchen and Bath Designer to plan, design, and furnish residential interiors, with a primary emphasis on custom closets. This role engages clients through in-home and showroom consultations, as well as builder and contractor referrals, guiding projects from initial measurements and concept development through design presentation, revision, and installation. The designer will collaborate closely with the clients and our production team while building expertise in custom closet design, interior design, and home organization. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and showroom consultations with clients and referral partners.
• Measure spaces and assess project requirements during initial site visits.
• Develop aesthetic, functional custom closet, kitchen, and bath designs.
• Prepare cabinet layouts, sketches, documentation, and design presentations.
• Present designs, gather feedback, and complete revisions.
• Calculate material specifications and project costs.
• Coordinate sales-to-production handoffs and collaborate throughout the installation process.
• Maintain strong client, vendor, builder, contractor, and consultant relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in interior design or a related field.
• Familiarity with Cabinet Vision, Photoshop, AutoCAD, or other design software.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
