Document Control Intern: Shape Critical OSD Facility Docs

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Document Control Intern to provide critical administrative and hands‑on support during the peak construction and commissioning phase of a new state‑of‑the‑art Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and Sterile CRDMO manufacturing facility. Responsibilities This is a short‑term, high‑impact role focused on ensuring the following: Establish the document control area organization and document cataloging Ensure all document packages are intact by page count and attachments Create indices to help organize document packages Locate and include missing documentation Perform preliminary review for incomplete entries and pages Perform document package review for simple GDP errors, flagging them for correction Ensure all documentation packages are delivered to the document control room Ensure all documentation packages are cataloged Ensure documentation packages are checked in and checked out of the document control area Create document binder packages by labeling the spine and cover Qualifications College students advancing toward a bachelors of science in STEM field Preferred Skills Customer service experience, internal or external customers Familiarity to industrial, factory, construction, or manufacturing environments An Equal Opportunity Employer.
