Job Responsibilities:

• Join a well-established primary care team in Pueblo, Colorado.
• Enjoy 36 patient-facing hours per week.
• Work in a collaborative, collegial environment with a care-team model.
• Quickly empanel patients with the help of clinical MAs for in-basket tasks.
• Provide world-class care in a family-oriented and growing community.
• Access specialists across the UCHealth network.
• Share phone-only call regionally, with minimal weekend coverage expected.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of nearly 1,900 physicians.
• Maintain a healthy work-life balance in picturesque Southern Colorado.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (must have completed residency).
• Active Colorado medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Clean malpractice history is highly preferred.
• Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) is required.
• DEA certification must be obtained prior to start.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Colorado medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
