- Additional: 3-4 (from PAs)

• Physician in Practice: 1

• Support Staff: 4 APPs

• Office Equipment: Neuro-navigation tools including Globus Robot and Stryker

• Trauma Level: III

• X-Ray Onsite

• EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• Active CO license (or willing to obtain)

• BC/BE (ABNS)

• DEA​

• Clean Record
