Strategic Account Manager

Role Overview This individual will manage a select portfolio of high‑value, complex enterprise accounts, including both existing customers and new logos. They will build meaningful executive relationships, develop and execute strategic account plans, and drive ARR growth by expanding product adoption and delivering exceptional customer value. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of high‑value enterprise accounts, including existing customers and new logos. Build executive relationships and develop strategic account plans. Drive ARR growth by expanding product adoption and delivering exceptional customer value. Navigate multi‑stakeholder environments and complex sales cycles. Leverage internal and external resources to achieve measurable success. Negotiation & Closing: Manage contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate forecasts and manage pipelines effectively. Organization & Prioritization: Efficiently manage time, tasks, and resources. Follow‑Up & Accountability: Ensure timely follow‑through on commitments. Operational Excellence Demonstrate operational excellence by managing resources, prioritizing activities, and maintaining accountability for results.
