Role Overview This individual will manage a select portfolio of high‑value, complex enterprise accounts, including both existing customers and new logos. They will build meaningful executive relationships, develop and execute strategic account plans, and drive ARR growth by expanding product adoption and delivering exceptional customer value. Drive ARR growth by expanding product adoption and delivering exceptional customer value. Navigate multi‑stakeholder environments and complex sales cycles. Leverage internal and external resources to achieve measurable success. Organization & Prioritization: Efficiently manage time, tasks, and resources. Follow‑Up & Accountability: Ensure timely follow‑through on commitments.
