Positive Behaviour Support Manager

Overview Sirv is creating a new service delivery model that empowers experienced Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) managers to run their own operational business units. Partners will build and run a PBSP business from home, receiving the full benefit of a 30% profit share on the unit's bottom line. Responsibilities Operate and grow a PBSP business unit with full operational autonomy. Recruit and build a team of practitioners to meet participant needs. Serve participants and support staff with empathy and passion. Run all business activities from recruitment to service delivery, while working closely with Sirv’s corporate team for compliance, payroll, invoicing, and marketing. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social, Disability, Teaching or Social Sciences). Experience in business development, including engaging with industry stakeholders and government departments. Strong leadership skills and ability to recruit and manage a practitioner team. Passion for positive behavioural support and good character. Rewards & Remuneration Starting base package of $90,000 + Super + $8,000 Car Allowance. 30% profit share bonuses based on the business unit’s bottom line, paid quarterly and annually. Projected earnings of $120,000‑$200,000 in year 1, growing to $200,000‑$300,000+ from year 2 onwards. Prerequisites Robust professional networks in youth services.
