Sales Account Manager – Central/Western PA & Maryland Territory

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager to grow our presence across Central/Western Pennsylvania and Maryland . What You’ll Do
- Grow the business – Identify, qualify, and close new customer opportunities within your territory.
- Leverage relationships – Cultivate strong connections with our channel partners and end-users to drive sales and market share.
- Strategize for success – Develop winning sales strategies, create accurate forecasts, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Deliver solutions – Collaborate with operations, customer service, engineering, and product development to deliver competitive, effective solutions that meet customer needs.
- Manage the details – Stay on top of pricing, profitability, CRM updates, and other administrative tasks—because details matter.
- Be hands-on – Have the willingness and mechanical aptitude to perform basic machine repairs when needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (Business or Packaging Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record in prospecting and closing new business.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation to deliver results with minimal oversight.
- Ethical, organized, and highly effective at managing your time and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time within your territory.
