Human Resources Generalist - Bilingual

Position Summary We are looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist who is focused on delivering an excellent employee experience with every interaction. The HR Generalist supports HR Leadership to implement local, regional, and corporate initiatives and helps create an environment that attracts, develops, retains, and engages talent to deliver business goals. What you’ll do Execute transactional core HR processes such as job postings, drafting offer letters, new hire communications, coordinating and conducting new employee orientation, on‑boarding and exit interviews, transitional return to work, leave administration, and OSHA reporting. Support hiring managers, HR Leaders, and Talent Acquisition in recruitment and retention efforts and plans. Support Human Resource Leadership in driving an inclusive and diverse culture. Provide technical, customer‑relations, and general support for major initiatives and projects. Undergo training in all areas of the HR Generalist function—benefits, workers’ compensation, safety, employee relations, compliance, and employee relations. Begin to understand how to source data. Demonstrate ability to plan and organize work activities. Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, business writing, grammar, and verbal communication skills. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality. Proficient in PC use, Windows, Microsoft Office, and Excel. Capable of working independently. About you Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 2–3 years of progressive human resources experience. Experience in a retail, distribution center, or manufacturing environment and knowledge of commission structures. Demonstrated experience managing and leading employees. Proficiency with an HRIS system. Experience with companies supporting 250–500 or more associates. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Perks & Benefits Paid vacations and paid holidays.
