Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will develop reporting and analytic solutions, manage self-service reporting assets, and educate users on data utilization while collaborating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Designs, codes, configures, tests, debugs, deploys, documents, and maintains self-service reporting assets while understanding ETL processes Translates business program needs into technical solutions, creating visuals, data sources, metrics, and automation from EHR and cloud reporting systems Provides advanced analytics to address systemic business problems and guides less experienced Business Intelligence Developers in workflow knowledge Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or engineering A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or data analytics Advanced understanding of healthcare data, analytics, and workflows Experience with data models such as Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
