responsibilities:

Perform sample and standard handling tasks including receipt, check-in, login, labeling, inventory, transport, and disposal.
Communicate sample and standard statuses clearly to laboratory staff.
Complete investigation and deviation forms, determining appropriate CAPAs when necessary.
Review laboratory requests to ensure strict compliance with applicable SOPs.
Respond to environmental unit alarms and participate in on-call responsibilities.

qualifications:

High school diploma (or equivalent) plus at least 2 years of related laboratory support or inventory control experience.
Basic knowledge of inventory flow, control, and regulatory documentation requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
Ability to write and review SOPs and process improvement outlines.

skills: Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), SOP Development, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
