Part-time Front Desk Receptionist

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join their client's team in Highlands Ranch. This position offers a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to engage in a dynamic and supportive medical office environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in person, by phone, and online.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient communications.
• Process new patient inquiries and maintain accurate records.
• Perform data entry and manage electronic and paper files.
• Obtain insurance prior authorizations through phone and online portals.
• Coordinate communication with referring providers and healthcare partners.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and professional contacts.
• Support office operations, marketing initiatives, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous medical, dental, or professional office experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated team player with a desire to learn and grow.

Required Work Hours

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; 8:00am-5:00pm
