This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and enjoys bringing people, priorities, and timelines together.In this role, you will be at the center of clinical project execution, partnering with customers, internal technical teams, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Quality, and Site Leadership to keep projects moving forward. You will help turn customer agreements into clear action plans, guide cross-functional teams through complex deliverables, and play a direct role in supporting programs tied to important pharmaceutical and biotech development.Why this role mattersClinical projects require strong coordination, clear communication, and disciplined execution. As the Project Manager, you will help ensure each project is delivered with the right balance of scope, cost, quality, timeline, regulatory expectations, and customer satisfaction.This is an opportunity to make a visible impact across the organization while building trusted relationships with both internal partners and external customers.What you will doLead the planning, coordination, and execution of customer clinical projects from initiation through completionBuild and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverablesServe as the central point of contact for customers and internal project teamsLead cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to keep work aligned, accountable, and moving forwardMonitor project scope and identify risks, bottlenecks, and out-of-scope activitiesDrive milestone adherence and support on-time deliveryCoordinate with Supply Chain on deliveries and Commercial Operations on invoicingOrganize and lead internal and external project meetingsPrepare agendas, meeting minutes, project updates, status reports, and presentationsCommunicate project progress clearly and consistently to customers and stakeholdersEscalate blocking issues and support timely decision-makingIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and project executionShare lessons learned and contribute to local and global continuous improvement initiativesWhat you bringBachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, business, or related discipline3 to 5 years of project management experienceExperience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholdersStrong communication, organization, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a complex, regulated environmentAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management toolsPreferred experienceExperience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO, or other regulated manufacturing environmentsPMP or other project management certificationAdvanced degree in a related disciplineExperience working directly with customers or external partnersWhat makes you a strong fitYou are someone who can bring structure to complexity.
