Job Title: RN Intermediate / Step Down Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pulmonary Thoracic Duration: 12 weeks Shift: 7pm - 7am (Varies) Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: Required AHA BLS, ACLS; Preferred NIHSS Must-Have: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty Description: The role involves caring for intermediate medical patients. Patients include those with high-risk respiratory conditions. Candidates will also manage cardiac thoracic surgery patients. Experience with hepatobiliary surgery and head/neck surgery patients is beneficial. This position includes working with a variety of patient populations. Management of patients on RA, BIPAP, or Optiflow is essential.
