Join a growing manufacturing team where you'll gain experience across production machinery, conveyors, HVAC systems, electrical equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and facility maintenance while building a long-term career.This is an excellent opportunity for mechanics looking for stable, year-round work, consistent overtime, and a clear path into a Lead Maintenance role.Why You'll Want This JobCompetitive pay: $28-$38/hrConsistent weekly overtime available1st shift schedule with work-life balanceCareer advancement into leadership positionsWide variety of equipment and systems to work onStable manufacturing environment with year-round workStrong opportunities to expand electrical, mechanical, and HVAC skillsHands-on role with minimal time sitting behind a deskWhat You'll Be DoingAs a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a key role in keeping production equipment and facility systems operating safely and efficiently.Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems and associated equipment.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC systems.Diagnose equipment failures and quickly restore production operations.Service rooftop HVAC units, pumps, motors, and facility systems.Repair and maintain conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, motors, valves, cylinders, and other mechanical components.Complete building maintenance projects including plumbing repairs, carpentry, painting, door repairs, and general facility improvements.Work with electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V three-phase power.Assist with troubleshooting motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, and automation components.Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support repairs and installations.Maintain documentation of completed maintenance activities and repairs.Partner with production teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.Equipment & Systems You'll Work OnConveyors and material handling equipmentElectric motors and gearboxesHydraulic and pneumatic systemsRooftop HVAC units and pumpsVFDs and motor controlsPhoto eyes, proximity switches, and limit switchesPalletizers, case erectors, top sealers, and packaging equipmentBlow molding equipmentDiaphragm, centrifugal, and displacement pumpsFacility electrical and building systemsWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications1-2+ years of industrial, manufacturing, or maintenance experience.Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.Experience using hand and power tools.Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Preventive maintenance experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.Experience replacing bearings, aligning motors, and performing mechanical repairs.Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.HVAC maintenance experience.Experience with conveyors and production equipment.Knowledge of VFDs, motors, sensors, and automation systems.Plumbing, carpentry, and general facility maintenance experience.Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.ScheduleFirst ShiftMonday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMRegular opportunities to work until 4:30 PM for overtime.Build a Career, Not Just a JobThis is more than a maintenance position.
