Travel Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility - $2,611 per week

Job Summary MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing seeks a travel Physical Therapist for assignment in Seattle, Washington. Start date: 07/13/2026; Duration: 13 weeks; 40 hours per week; 8‑hour days; Travel employment. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE passed. Graduated from an accredited PT school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification. Additional client‑specific requirements as determined by the facility. Responsibilities The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care, establishing and administering treatment programs, setting realistic goals, documenting patient condition, and educating patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop plan of care for each physical therapy patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Benefits Weekly pay and direct deposit.
