Community Health Program Specialist I - Outreach & Care

MIDLAND MEDICAL BROWARD INC

MIDLAND MEDICAL BROWARD in Oakland Park, Florida, is seeking a Program Specialist I for a full-time position. This role involves enhancing patient care and managing outreach services for individuals impacted by various infectious diseases. The ideal candidate will coordinate with the Community Programs Manager for culturally sensitive services and assist eligible patients in the Midland Cares Insurance Program.
