Key Skills and Experience:

• Hold a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• North Carolina SLP licensure or eligibility required
• Demonstrated experience or interest in pediatric or school-based settings
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, parents, and other support staff
• Effective communication, documentation, and therapy planning abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a varied middle school caseload
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, preparing necessary documentation
