Senior Solutions Engineer
Virtual Vocations Inc
Partnering with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor, leading technical discovery, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and guiding customers through technical evaluations, all while working remotely or from the Austin, TX office. Key responsibilities Drive technical strategy and secure technical wins by collaborating with Enterprise Account Executives Lead consultative technical discovery sessions to translate customer needs into technical solution strategies Deliver compelling product demonstrations and manage technical evaluations, proof of concepts, and pilot programs Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales Engineering for enterprise SaaS customers Strong technical fluency with REST APIs, authentication protocols, and modern SaaS architecture Experience in leading technical discovery sessions and responding to RFPs and security reviews Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders Excellent presentation skills and a consultative mindset focused on customer success
