Case Manager

Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Case Management specialty. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in case management. The position requires a current RN license and may prefer BLS certification. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and facilitating appropriate resources. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for effective patient advocacy. Candidates must be able to work 12-hour shifts and manage a diverse patient population.
