This is not a support role and not a partial-case assignment position. We are looking for an attorney who exercises sound judgment, moves cases forward without prompting, and demonstrates both emotional intelligence and strategic discipline. Our firm represents plaintiffs in employment, personal injury, and related civil litigation matters. We value trial readiness, persuasive advocacy, and thoughtful client counseling. Attorneys here are trusted with responsibility and expected to lead their cases with confidence and discernment. However, travel is required throughout West Virginia.
