Klie Law Offices is a growing West Virginia litigation firm seeking a mid-career employment attorney who can independently manage cases end-to-end. This is not a support role and not a partial-case assignment position. We are looking for an attorney who exercises sound judgment, moves cases forward without prompting, and demonstrates both emotional intelligence and strategic discipline. Our firm represents plaintiffs in employment, personal injury, and related civil litigation matters. We value trial readiness, persuasive advocacy, and thoughtful client counseling. Attorneys here are trusted with responsibility and expected to lead their cases with confidence and discernment. This Role Is Ideal For An Attorney Who Understands contingency-based litigation Has substantial deposition and discovery experience Is confident in managing a litigation docket independently Communicates effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts Demonstrates strong decision-making and professional maturity Takes ownership of outcomes rather than waiting for direction Is motivated by both results and meaningful client impact Potential for Hybrid Work. However, travel is required throughout West Virginia.
