Work Schedule Full-time, 1.0 FTE scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hybrid for Wisconsin or Illinois residents; on‑site meetings required. Hours may vary based on operational needs. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, support Service departments and supplier representatives. Manage purchasing activities: process requisitions to purchase orders, monitor purchase order lifecycle, obtain quotations, resolve match exceptions, handle order acknowledgements, expedite orders, manage back orders, all in a timely and accurate manner. Meet metric expectations outlined for the role (e.g., match exceptions, accruals, change orders, aging open orders). Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred. 2 years purchasing‑related experience required. Experience in a Health Care Procurement setting preferred. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning System preferred. Certified Materials Resource Professional (CMRP) preferred.
