Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at West Neurological and Therapy Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Establishing a trusting and therapeutic rapport with patients through active listening and empathy.

• Diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of mental health disorders, utilizing a variety of therapy modalities tailored to individual client needs.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that consider each patient's unique circumstances and treatment goals.

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating open communication, and fostering a safe environment for patients to share their experiences.

• Regularly assessing and monitoring patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client base, including individuals, families, and groups navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience providing individual and/or group therapy.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing both patient care and administrative responsibilities.
