Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will undertake various responsibilities that contribute to our clients' mental health journeys. Key duties include:

• Establishing a positive and trusting rapport with clients through empathetic communication and active listening.

• Diagnosing mental health disorders based on thorough assessments and evaluations of client behavior and history.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific needs and life circumstances.

• Leading therapeutic sessions, both individually and in group formats, to facilitate open dialogue and shared healing experiences.
