Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a vital role in therapeutic interventions with couples and families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' needs and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions that support communication and relationship building for couples.
\n
• Providing individual therapy for clients, including adolescents and children, as a component of family therapy.
\n
• Addressing a variety of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, familial conflicts, job stress, blended family dynamics, and adjustment challenges related to separation and divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies tailored to client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and systemic interventions.
\n
• Documenting client progress and adjusting treatment plans based on observed outcomes and feedback.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide demographic of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your focus will include individuals navigating complex family dynamics, as well as those facing specific challenges such as mental health crises, problems stemming from abuse, and conflicts among family members. Qualifications\n

To be a successful candidate for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Georgia.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with teletherapy practices will be valued, as well as those who have newly attained licensure or have several years of practice experience. Flexible availability to accommodate client needs is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Alchemy Counseling offers a compelling compensation package ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and performance. In addition to competitive salary, we provide:
