Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide both telehealth and in-person psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and other clinical notes within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to refine therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about available resources and coping strategies.
\n
• Participate in outreach initiatives for community education and resource distribution.
\n
• Assist with crisis interventions and manage high-risk cases as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will involve providing care for a diverse population, including children, adults, and families across various socioeconomic backgrounds. You will engage with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and loss. As a culturally sensitive practitioner, you will be expected to address the distinct cultural needs and preferences of each client, ultimately contributing to their healing journey and overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted LMFT license to practice in Texas.
\n
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, particularly with families and children.
\n
• Ability to approach therapy with regard for the cultural diversity and individual customs of each client.
\n
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.
\n
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Proficiency in using EHR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
\n
• Valid driver's license and car insurance, as some travel may be required for outreach or team activities.
\n
• Availability to work at least two evenings a week and one weekend day.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in fields such as trauma recovery, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Previous successful completion of HIPAA training.
\n
• A strong desire for continuous learning, particularly in individual and group therapy modalities.
\n
• Experience working effectively with diverse cultural and ethnic communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
