This position offers the unique advantage of a remote work setting, which provides flexibility for both you and your clients. Although the primary focus is on providing outpatient services through telehealth, there may also be opportunities for in-person sessions in our Long Beach, California location. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess diagnosis and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring alignment with client needs and company policy.

• Maintain a vibrant caseload of at least 27 client visits per week for full-time employees, enabling you to build strong therapeutic relationships.

• Utilize innovative and creative intervention strategies to empower clients to meet and exceed their therapeutic goals.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans with thoroughness in compliance with company guidelines, ensuring high standards of care.

• Collaborate seamlessly with other professionals, such as case managers, medical personnel, and school staff, coordinating comprehensive care for each client.

• Engage actively in clinical team meetings, offering insights and contributing to a culture of professional development and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds, including those from BIPOC and LGBTQ communities. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current LMFT PA clinical license is required to practice.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in completing essential clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and detailed clinical case notes.

• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills to articulate insights and therapeutic approaches effectively.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing EHR systems, with Valant experience considered a valuable asset.
\n
• Ability to manage time efficiently and submit documentation punctually, meeting organizational standards.
\n
• Experience working with a diverse clientele, demonstrating respect and understanding of cultural nuances.
\n
• Eligibility to pass a background check to ensure client safety and confidentiality.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in an outpatient therapy setting providing therapeutic services to children and families.

• Familiarity with creative therapeutic techniques and the incorporation of humor in clinical practice.

• Strong ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
