Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and nurture trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients to foster a safe environment for exploration and healing.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to design tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Engage clients through regular therapy sessions and provide counseling based on therapeutic goals, adapting approaches as necessary.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and trauma-informed care, to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Document client interactions and progress in compliance with organizational protocols and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
