Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Neuro Behavioral Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients, focusing on their unique needs and goals.

• Providing both individual and couples therapy, ensuring to address the challenges faced by each family member within the context of the family system.
\n
• Engaging with clients in clinical sessions to facilitate open communication, conflict resolution, and personal growth.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to treat issues such as alcohol abuse, trauma from physical/psychological abuse, grief and loss, and other relational conflicts.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with state regulations and company policies.

• Participating in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training to stay current with best practices in therapy and mental healthcare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your focus will encompass not only individual therapy but also relational therapy for couples and families confronting challenges such as blended family dynamics, separation and divorce adjustments, and enhancing effective communication skills.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Texas.

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centered behavioral healthcare.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting, managing time and technical resources efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n
