As a full-time LMFT, you will work primarily from a remote setting, contributing to our outpatient office's dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each unique situation.

• Utilize therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to nurture recovery.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting clear, actionable goals and interventions for client progress.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Engage in crisis interventions, performing risk assessments and establishing safety plans when necessary.

• Document sessions accurately and in a timely manner, following ethical and legal standards to maintain client confidentiality.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enrich the client experience and promote community.

Qualifications\n
