Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions using various evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.

• Implementing therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to facilitate healing and personal development.

• Developing and maintaining personalized treatment plans, specifying clear goals and interventions aligned with client needs.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to ensure seamless integration of care, fostering an environment of teamwork.

• Offering crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning when necessary.

• Maintaining comprehensive, timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
