The work setting is primarily remote, offering flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that you maintain a strong connection with your clients and colleagues. Our outpatient office will serve as a hub for team collaboration and client meetings as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ objectives.

• Maintain an active caseload of at least 27 client sessions per week for full-time clinicians, combining in-person and telehealth services to accommodate client preferences.

• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to empower clients in achieving their goals, addressing challenges effectively.
\n
• Prepare, submit, and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with organizational guidelines.
\n
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including medical personnel, school staff, and case managers, to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and organizational initiatives that promote professional development and team cohesion.

• Foster a vibrant team culture built on effective communication, support, and a passion for mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds, including individuals from underrepresented communities. You will have the opportunity to provide individual, family, and group therapy, ensuring our approach is tailored to meet each unique client’s needs. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LMFT clinical license is necessary to ensure you can practice independently and provide the highest level of care.

• Proven experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes following established protocols.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
\n
• Ability to manage documentation in a timely manner, demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Skill in establishing professional boundaries and cultivating a therapeutic relationship with clients.
\n
• Comfort working with a diverse clientele and adapting therapeutic methods to meet varied cultural contexts.

• Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is considered a plus.

• Willingness to successfully pass a background check.
