Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing therapy for couples in joint sessions as well as individual therapy for each partner to address their unique needs.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy sessions to navigate complex issues related to family dynamics.
\n
• Assessing and diagnosing a range of mental health concerns including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and job-related stress.
\n
• Designing treatment plans tailored to the specific challenges faced by individuals and families, ensuring therapeutic goals align with patient aspirations.
\n
• Implementing effective evidence-based interventions while adapting to the needs of diverse client demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults.
\n
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of sessions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational protocols and industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals struggling with interpersonal issues, mental health challenges, and family dynamics. This role requires a compassionate approach as you engage with clients coping with circumstances such as divorce, separation, blended families, and communication difficulties. We focus on providing tailored care to ensure each patient's unique situation is understood and addressed effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n
