Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, ensuring accurate diagnoses and understanding of their mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals, preferences, and circumstances, using modalities such as structural family therapy, strategic therapy, narrative therapy, and others.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to equip clients with tools for effective emotional regulation and coping strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to encourage active participation in their healing journey.

• Monitor and document client progress continuously, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure they align with evolving needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Stay current with research and advancements in the field of mood disorders, applying newfound knowledge to enhance treatment approaches and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
