Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing the most recent edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Provide short-term psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a variety of mental health concerns and dual disorders.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, brief therapy, skills training, and supportive therapies, with a focus on enhancing clients' coping mechanisms and resilience.

• Engage in regular collaborative consultations with interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists and nurse practitioners, to refine treatment planning and ensure the delivery of optimal care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, progress notes, and communications with external resources, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Participate in clinical supervision, quality assurance activities, and ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in the field.

• Utilize electronic health record systems efficiently to manage client information and streamline service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) in Pennsylvania.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services, preferably in an outpatient or community mental health setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies and electronic health records.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Background in crisis intervention and management.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
