Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, therapeutic relationships with clients to foster trust and engagement.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and create individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs.

• Lead counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities suited to the client’s circumstances.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Recovery Solutions Center offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes full health coverage, retirement savings plans with company match, a new hire bonus, paid time off, holiday pay, and an annual bonus plan. We also provide mileage reimbursement for travel related to client visits and quarterly productivity bonuses for high performers.
