Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Opti Mind Behavioral Health, you will:

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in compliance with California state regulations and organizational standards.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development, case consultations, and team meetings to enhance therapeutic skills and therapeutic approaches.
