Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to patient needs.

• Diagnosing mental health disorders, formulating treatment strategies, and tracking client progress over time.

• Providing referrals to specialized services such as psychiatry, when necessary, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Guiding clients through various challenges, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflict, job stress, medical issues, blending family dynamics, and coping with separation or divorce.

This position serves a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with complex emotional and relational issues. You will encounter individuals and families from various backgrounds, providing culturally competent care that respects and acknowledges their unique experiences and challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• Possession of an active state license to practice therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
