Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional and psychological states, evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that align with their individual goals and preferences.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to treat clients effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their journey toward improved mental health.

• Monitor client progress regularly and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to integrate services and coordinate care.

• Stay current with the latest research in mental health to refine treatment methods and enhance client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in professional development opportunities, case consultations, and team meetings to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals and families experiencing relational challenges, mood disorders, and communication issues. Your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate complex family dynamics, cope with divorce, and build healthier relationships. We focus on delivering trauma-informed care that recognizes and responds to the unique history and needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is a requirement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
