Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture a positive rapport with patients, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship essential for effective counseling.

• Conduct thorough assessments that lead to the diagnosis and treatment of a range of mental health disorders, tailoring approaches to individuals’ unique situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families dealing with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. Our focus extends to patients with co-occurring disorders, including those struggling with addiction, where specialized training will play a critical role in effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven skills in therapy and counseling, with the ability to engage and motivate clients in their recovery process.

Compensation and Benefits\n
