Our outpatient office continues to be a resource hub for staff, providing opportunities for collaboration and professional growth. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health issues and formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions incorporating personalized techniques aimed at promoting client self-discovery, growth, and mental wellness.
\n
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and regularly monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services, effectively using technology to connect with clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to uphold ethical standards and comply with state regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated with the latest developments in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve interacting with a culturally diverse client base, including individuals and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will have the opportunity to leverage your cultural competence to offer personalized support that respects each client’s unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related discipline is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory, or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated experience working with a diverse range of populations and addressing socio-cultural issues in therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a remote therapy setting is a plus, along with proficiency in teletherapy platforms and tools.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, or Emotionally Focused Therapy.

• Prior experience in community mental health services or outpatient counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Compass Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
