Touchstone Communities is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit compassionate professionals for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities across Texas. In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for nursing, therapy, and support roles, partnering with leaders to understand staffing needs and workforce planning. You will source candidates, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects our servant-leadership, faith-based culture. You’ll track metrics, use HR systems and job boards, and support employer branding to attract mission-driven talent.
