Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist - Privileged (13336)

We are currently seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist - Privileged to join our team. In this role, you will recruit for various commercial, federal, military and state contracts. You will work closely with a team of managers and other account team members to ensure successful contract execution and maintenance. This position is fully remote.

This position is dependent on contract award.

Job Responsibilities
* Identify and build relationships with Physicians, healthcare professionals, and C-level executives to fulfill client expectations by hiring top talent.
* Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet and exceed assigned staffing goals.
* Draft and post job positions through various job boards.
* Scout qualified candidates through research, cold calls and meet and greet activities.
* Maintain current status on all recruiting assignments.
* Participate in weekly meetings and/or training.
* Able to communicate professionally with executive leadership.
* Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
* 3 - 5 years of experience in recruiting C-level executives and Physicians.
* Must have a thorough understanding of the workforce solution industry.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Strong computer knowledge (MS Office Suite).
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Professional demeanor.
* Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding client-specific job requirements.

* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills using phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools.
* Detailed-oriented and reliable, with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards.

* Frequently required to operate a computer and file and retrieve written documents.
