Job Description

Overview: Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of world’s largest distributors of Healthcare systems, Medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products, and seeks an accomplished Certified Pharmacy Technician.

Position: Certified Pharmacy Technician

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Duration: 3-6 months+ Contract with high possibility of extension!!!

Pay rate: $22/hr

Note:

• Onsite role. The technician must be able to come on site for training. 2-3 months. then this is a hybrid role. 2 days in the office and 3 days remote
• Training - Monday to Friday 8 to 5pm CST for the first week and 9-6pm the second week
• Work schedule: 40 hours/ week | Monday to Friday 10 to 7pm CST
• Weekend work : Occasional Saturdays 8 to 5pm CST
• Required Skills:
• Need to be registered with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy and current PTCB or NHA CPhT license in good standing
• Need good data entry skills | Good attention to detail | Need to be able to come on site daily on time and good attendance

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience
• Completion of a Pharmacy Technician training program approved by the State Board of Pharmacy
• Current certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Experience in retail or healthcare setting preferred.
