The Escrow Branch Manager/Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:

• Coordinating with sales management to plan and implement marketing programs aimed at increasing escrow service revenues.
• Overseeing branch escrow accounting functions and reporting any discrepancies to management under corporate guidelines.
• Assisting escrow personnel to ensure adherence to good escrow practices and company procedures.
• Responding to complex questions regarding escrow and closings.
• Collaborating with the Escrow Administrator, as needed, to evaluate and establish uniform procedures.
• Keeping management informed of potential claims or loss situations.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• Considerable knowledge of escrow practices.
• Knowledge of regulations affecting the title insurance and escrow industry.
• Demonstrated ability to close all types of escrows as required.
• Knowledge of sound management practices to effectively motivate and counsel employees.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in person and by telephone.
• High school diploma with significant experience in real property title, banking, or real estate.
• Several years of experience in the escrow industry is strongly preferred.

Pay Rate Range: $90000 per year Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
