Branch Manager

Responsibilities Coordinate and direct branch activities to meet or exceed sales and margin targets while ensuring timely and accurate completion of required branch reporting. Oversee daily employee activities in alignment with Linde’s Leadership values, fostering a productive, collaborative, and safety‑focused work environment. Play a key role in guiding staff in meeting safety standards and delivering exceptional, customer‑centered service. Provide proactive and ongoing training and development, strengthening team capabilities and building strong customer relationships through prompt issue resolution. Manage staff scheduling and operational workflows to maximize efficiency, while monitoring inventory levels to meet customer needs and support sales objectives. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; an Associate’s Degree in a related field is strongly preferred. More than two (2+) years of retail sales experience and more than two (2+) years of management experience, bringing a strong foundation in customer engagement and team leadership. A clean driving history, with no DUI, DWI, or alcohol‑related driving convictions within the past ten (10) years is required.
