Vice President, Sports & Entertainment Division

JohnHart Real Estate is looking for a Vice President of Sports & Entertainment Division to help build, lead, and grow one of the company’s most important specialty divisions. This role is not about chasing celebrities or using the title for attention. It is about building a serious, trusted, and professional division that can properly serve athletes, entertainers, creators, executives, and high-profile clients with the discretion, preparation, and service their lives require. Position Summary The Vice President, Sports & Entertainment Division will be responsible for expanding and developing JohnHart’s Sports & Entertainment platform. This person will help recruit the right agents into the division, train and develop those agents, create relationships in the sports and entertainment communities, and help build a standard of service that protects both the client and the JohnHart brand. The right candidate understands that working with athletes, entertainers, and high-profile clients requires more than access. It requires trust, timing, confidentiality, patience, professionalism, and the ability to provide value long before asking for business. Through this division, JohnHart will help create access to real-world education around branding, professionalism, real estate, financial literacy, relationships, and long-term decision-making. Key Responsibilities Recruit agents who are the right fit for the Sports & Entertainment Division. Help identify agents who have the discipline, professionalism, discretion, and relationship skills needed to work with sports and entertainment clientele. Train and coach agents on how to properly serve athletes, entertainers, executives, creators, NIL athletes, and high-net-worth clients. Develop systems, expectations, and standards for how agents in the division communicate, follow up, protect confidentiality, and create a high-level client experience. Build relationships with people and organizations connected to sports and entertainment, including athletes, entertainers, agents, managers, coaches, trainers, schools, clubs, foundations, business managers, attorneys, financial advisors, and community leaders. Help agents build their own relationships and credibility within sports, entertainment, NIL, and luxury client communities. Work closely with JohnHart leadership, marketing, media, escrow, lending, and operations to create a full-service experience for clients. Assist in creating events, private networking opportunities, interviews, content, panels, partnerships, and community initiatives connected to the division. Protect the JohnHart brand by making sure the division is represented with professionalism, discretion, and purpose. Help build long-term business opportunities through relationships, referrals, relocation, leasing, purchases, sales, investments, and off-market opportunities. Serve as a public-facing representative of the division at meetings, events, podcasts, community functions, and partnership opportunities. Required Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, sports, entertainment, luxury sales, private client services, business development, recruiting, talent relations, brand partnerships, NIL, or another relationship-driven industry. Proven history of building and maintaining high-trust relationships with clients, referral partners, organizations, or influential communities. Experience recruiting, coaching, training, leading, or developing people. Strong understanding of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and brand protection. Ability to represent a company in high-level rooms with confidence, maturity, and good judgment. Strong communication skills, both in person and in writing. Ability to create structure, accountability, and standards inside a growing division. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is polished, connected, disciplined, and highly relationship-driven. Compensation Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, relationships, licensing status, and the structure of the role.
