Commercial Property Manager

Requirements Tenant & Property Oversight : Provide professional response to tenant inquiries; maintain detailed property condition reports (Roof, HVAC, Paving); and manage new tenant transitions (delivery notices/rent commencement). Project & Vendor Management : Obtain bids and supervise contractors for capital improvements and repairs. Maintain a preferred vendor database and manage all service contracts and COIs. Fiscal Management : Prepare annual operating budgets, review real estate tax assessments, and coordinate appeals. Financial Administration : Lead CAM reconciliations, manage recurring manual utility billings (water/sewer/electric), and oversee A/R collection efforts for delinquent accounts. :Experience : 2–5 years in commercial property management .Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field .Technical Skills : Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word). Experience with Promis e or similar RE accounting software is a plus .Attributes : Exceptional organization, able to prioritize tight deadlines independently, and a collaborative \"can-do\" attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
