Responsibilities

• Client Assistance: Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Policy Management: Handle policy renewals, endorsements, audits, and billing inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
• Problem Solving: Actively listen to clients' needs and provide suitable solutions to enhance their experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and client communications: maintain accurate account records in AMS360.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in managing commercial lines accounts is essential.
• Licensing: Active New York State Property Casualty Insurance License is necessary.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Customer Service: A strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs promptly.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with AMS360/Vertafore: and comfortable with spreadsheets and Microsoft Outlook.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to offer innovative solutions to clients.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to team objectives.
